Thriving after Breast Cancer

And on the outside, things might look okay. But inside… something feels different.

Disconnected. Overwhelmed. Not quite like yourself.

Tracy Murdoch, owner of Balance to Bliss Yoga in Blockhouse, Nova Scotia smiles as she speaks with a female Regenerative Health client in her studio.

This is for the woman who is ready to change.

The woman who is done just getting through the days and is ready to feel something again.

To feel joy.
To feel connection.
To feel like herself.

Not by becoming someone new.

The health guidance is there to support your foundation — so you feel more resourced, more supported in your body,
and more able to move forward without living in fear of what might happen next.

What I Help You Do

I help women who have experienced breast cancer move from fear and survival mode into a deeper connection with themselves and their lives.

Together, we begin to:
– reconnect with your body
– listen to what’s true for you
– express what you’ve been holding back
– take meaningful steps toward what you want
– experience joy, presence, and aliveness again

Not all at once. But in a way that is real, steady and lasting.

A Different Approach to Healing

Through movement, reflection, journaling, and gentle voice work, you’ll begin returning to the parts of yourself that fear, grief, and survival have dimmed.

How I Support You

My work is about guiding you out of fear and survival mode and back into a deeper connection with yourself, your life,
and the quiet joy that’s still available to you.

This isn’t about pushing or fixing.
It’s about creating the space to reconnect and begin moving toward what feels true, nourishing, and alive.

What It Looks Like

Through a combination of reflection and journaling, voice work and expression, movement and embodiment, lifestyle practices and regenerative health guidance to support your long-term wellbeing you’ll begin to come back into your body, rebuild trust with yourself, and experience what it feels like to live with more presence, clarity, and ease.

The health guidance is there to support your foundation — so you feel more resourced, more supported in your body, and more able to move forward without living in fear of what might happen next.
