Hi, I’m so glad you’re here.

My name is Tracy Murdoch and I am a farmer, mother, wife, yoga teacher, reiki facilitator, pranassage practitioner, chanter, and more. I live with my husband and son in a beautiful part of the world, the south shore of Nova Scotia, Canada.

I’m a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner, 500-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, 200-hr Yoga of Sound Practitioner and Master Reiki Practitioner with a lifelong passion for natural healing and helping others return to balance—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

My journey into wellness began in 2009 when I became a Holistic Nutrition Practitioner shortly before the birth of my son. I used those principles to care for my growing family, trusting in the body’s innate ability to heal. Over time, my desire to return to professional healing work grew stronger—especially after years of trying different diets and methods that never fully addressed the root of dis-ease.

After losing a parent to cancer at a young age, I’ve always had a deep interest in understanding the “why” behind illness and a strong desire to help others navigate their own healing. That path led me to regenerative health—a science-backed, holistic approach that identifies the true causes of imbalance and supports the body in restoring function naturally. What resonated most with me is how regenerative health acknowledges the vital connection between physical symptoms, emotional well-being, and mindset. True healing, I believe, must include all three.

In my personal life, I’m happiest in nature—whether walking in the woods, digging in the garden, or spending quality time with my family. These moments ground me, and they continually remind me of the rhythms of life and the wisdom of the body.

Whether you’re seeking support for chronic symptoms, burnout, or simply want to feel more connected to yourself, I’m here to walk alongside you. Healing is possible—and it begins by coming home to yourself.
