I’m Tracy Murdoch. I have over 1000 hours of teaching and training, over the course of 15 years, under my belt.
I know what it’s like to walk through life in pain and discomfort.
Much of my knowledge comes from learning how to take care of myself.
When you come to my class, you come into a safe space to reconnect and rejuvenate.

Hi! I’m Tracy. I’ve worked with thousands of students and clients over 15 years teaching yoga and offering regenerative health coaching, mantra and sound healing, pranassage and reiki. Before they came to me, many of those students were in pain, out of shape, and felt heavy, drained and like something was missing. They struggled to perform daily activities, and to be there for themselves and the people they loved. After they joined me on their health and wellness journey, though, so, so many of those students have started to feel stronger, capable, more peaceful, grateful, relieved and better able to handle life’s (big and little!) ups and downs.
