Kirtan, or yogic chanting, is a call-and-response form of chanting that is a type of yoga in itself. By repeating mantras or words, you can release your mind from it’s daily chatter. This practice can have a powerful heart-opening effect as well.

Come join us for an afternoon of joyful peace. Then, stick around afterwards for a finger food potluck.
