Both classes are located at the Salt Spa and Wellness Centre, 373 King Street. Pre-registration is required for the session.
This class is perfect for beginners, older adults, those who are currently not active, or those who enjoy a slower, gentler paced class. This class may help you improve breathing, circulation and sleep; increase flexibility and strength; and reduce pain, stress and anxiety.
Please have a mat, chair, strap (or tie), and a block (or stack of books) handy for this class.

Vinyasa is a flowing sequence of movements used to combine poses. It helps ground you and bring you into the present moment. This practice improves balance, strength and flexibility, and it opens and expands the emotional body and heart.
This is an all-levels class, so everyone is welcome. Options will be provided to reduce intensity as well as go deeper in your pose.
Please bring a mat and water.
I am not currently offering a vinyasa class in Bridgewater. If you have a group of friends looking for a class, please get in touch and maybe I can start a class for your group.
