What does it mean to connect to songs of the spirit? To me, it’s about feeling joyful yet peaceful when I speak my truth or sing out loud to a favourite song on the radio, for example. You feel ALIVE; you feel PRESENT; and you feel CONNECTED, not just to yourself but to everything around you.
For a long time, I was afraid to sing. I let Fear run the show and there was just no way I would ever sing out loud (other than in my car!). It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with cancer a few years ago that I decided life was too short to live in fear. My life has changed for the better since I started to sing, and I am excited to help you find your voice and to have a space to really OWN your voice if you already feel connected to it.

Please don’t let it take a serious illness or health challenge to let go of your own fear. There is only TODAY, we don’t know what happens tomorrow.
Please join me in this Women’s Circle – a heart-centred practice of singing/chanting, a little gentle movement, maybe some guided meditation, and a sharing circle – various ways that will help to connect you to your divine spirit within. It may evolve based on the interests of the group, but what will remain constant is that this will be a safe space to explore your voice and share whatever is on your mind with a group of other like-minded women.
If you feel at all tempted by this group, listen to that little voice inside that wants to sing out loud and join us. 🙂
Space is limited; pre-registration is required.
